Cabral HOOGUEP TCHOUANGUEM, is a lawyer at the Cameroon and Rwandan bar association, with professional residence in Douala, CAMEROON. 

He is currently a PhD student in extractive law, holds a Master's degree in Business and Company Law, a Master's degree specializing in Land and State Law and Techniques from the University of Dschang in Cameroon. Graduated from the Institute of Legal practice and development of Rwanda

He is passionate about the areas of land and real estate law. Moreover, he intends to explore the field of mining and energy law in Africa, areas for which he intends to devote his professional career as a lawyer. It is for this reason that he successfully completed an international certification program in mining and hydrocarbons law at the Institut Québécois des Affaires Internationales.

He is also for his off-peak hours teaching at the Higher Institute of Training for Real Estate Professions of Cameroon (IFPI) in Yaoundé where he teaches the course of Real Estate Transaction I and II in HND real estate professions.
