Le Génie Foncier is a team of experts in land, state and cadastral issues, which aims to offer its multifaceted expertise to address the various and varied issues likely to arise regarding the appropriation or conservation of a piece of land. in Cameroon in particular and in Africa in general.

The Objectives of the Team LE GENIE FONCIER

Our dream is to set up a legal platform made up of experts in the various fields of law and especially the land domain to provide satisfactory insight and support to anyone wishing to acquire land in Cameroon or in Africa.

It is more technically a question of allowing through our interventions, that those who buy are sure to become owners, that those who lend on mortgages are sure to have a reliable guarantee, etc.

The legal security of land and real estate transactions is at the heart of our interventions.

• The lexical field of competence of the Land Engineering group affects all areas of law, but more specifically:

• Property law (land and real estate),

• OHADA business law (general commercial law, commercial companies, simplified collection procedures and enforcement, arbitration, etc.), Personal and family law (civil status, marriage, parentage, divorce, inheritance, etc.),

• Insurance law (traffic accidents)
