Me Serges NDEDOUM, Member of the Bar Association of Rwanda and Cameroon with professional residence in Kigali (Rwanda) and Yaoundé (Cameroon); Member of the East Africa Law Society; Young researcher from the African Academy for International Law (AAPDI).
